Shipping policy

Please allow 10-14 business days for processing. Due to COVID-19 and slower shipping times, some orders may take longer.

KOSS (Kiss Our Southern Sass) is not liable and will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen items from USPS , UPS, or other shipping carrier.

If your shipment comes in broken/damaged, you have 24 hours from time of receiving the package to message me with images of the damage for a replacement. Refunds will not be offered unless I am unable to replace it, then at that time, I will issue a refund.
